Domestic Project Outline

This outline is provided for the purpose of clarifying what is and is NOT included in a typical domestic (not exported) PMHI package. Please refer to footnotes for further clarifications.

 

Please refer to the Domestic Package Specifications for a detailed listing of a typical domestic package.

SITE DEVELOPMENT:

        The following items are NOT included in PMHI Domestic Packages

      PLANS AND ENGINEERING (1)

    PERMITS AND FEES

    GRADING/DEMOLITION/LANDSCAPING

    SLAB FOUNDATION OR PERIMETER FOUNDATION

    1ST FLOOR FRAMING LUMBER AND SHEATHING (2)

 

PMHI FRAMING PACKAGE:

              The following items ARE included in a typical PMHI package.                  

     WALL FRAMING: Panelized with dry Douglas Fir

    EXTERIOR SIDING: Factory applied 19/32" OSB Primed Panel Siding

    EXTERIOR SHEATHING: (in lieu of siding) 3/8" OSB

    BUILDING PAPER:  Typar or equal

    WINDOWS: Factory installed dual glazed vinyl frames

    ROOF FRAMING: Engineered, assembled roof trusses

    ROOF SHEATHING: 15/32" OSB

    2nd FLOOR JOISTS: TJI Silent Floor System

    2nd FLOOR SHEATHING: Full faced 23/32" T&G OSB

    EXTERIOR DOORS: Prehung embossed, fiberglass insulated

    EXTERIOR DOOR LOCKS: Construction security keyed locks

    GARAGE FIRE DOOR: Fire rated, prehung fiberglass insulated

    BEAMS AND POSTS: Douglas Fir or Engineered Lumber

    MISCELLANEOUS FRAMING LUMBER: Douglas Fir

    NAILS, CAULK, FLOOR ADHESIVE, FLASHING, HARDWARE

    FRAMING CARPENTER LABOR (3)                    

 

FINISH MATERIALS:
