REVISED PRE-ENGINEERED PLANS by PMHI

Since all of our Standard Plans are computer designed, it gives us the flexibility to easily make changes to meet your specific needs, personal taste, and style. From changing or adding a window, reversing the plan, modifying rooms, to moving walls and much more, our standard plans can be customized to become you dream home. And, all of the pre-engineering is updated to reflect the plan changes too. For more information on what type of revisions can be made to a Standard Plan, please Contact PMHI.

Any plan can be “Reversed”, which means built in the opposite hand.

As you can see in these examples, the garage can be on either the right or left side.

  Garage Right......................can be easily reversed to.....................Garage Left
