ADVANTAGES OF WALL PANELS AND ROOF TRUSSES:
- Each package begins with the exterior and interior walls being designed by computer,
then assembled in jigs and fixtures to insure that the panel and all window and door
openings are square.
- Each wall panel is identified by number on the panel plan. This insures fast and
efficient erection of the package shell, which means fewer trips to the jobsite by
the builder.
- All roof trusses are also computer designed and engineered for your specific plan
and roof load requirements.
- The trusses are fabricated on state-
of- the- art layout tables. The Alpine truss plates are pressed while the chords and webs are held in jigs to assure proper alignment and the uniformity of adjacent trusses.
- The use of roof trusses reduces the construction time, which in turn reduces the trips to the jobsite by the builder.
