ADVANTAGES OF COMPUTERIZED CUTTING:
The truss webs and chords are cut on our computer controlled Alpine Linear Saw. Not
only are all cuts precisely made, the computer optimizes the use of the materials
for minimum waste too!
Saw operator selects group of truss members to be cut on computer display then feeds lumber into saw enclosure.
Only sawdust and pieces less than 1 foot long are waste from optimizer saw.
Single saw blade rapidly pivots to make all cuts as board passes by.
