Designed for a narrow lot, the Santa Fe makes efficient use of limited space.  Though less than 1,200 square feet, this plan has plenty of storage space, including a pantry in the kitchen.  The three bedrooms are comfortably located close to the living room with bedroom one having access to a private bath.
